The government has been operating under a series of fiscal 2011 continuing resolutions for the past six months — the budgetary equivalent of holding things together with bubble gum and bailing wire. Unless President Obama, GOP Congressional leaders and top Senate Democrats can cut a deal for the remainder of the year, it looks as if we will finally confront a shutdown beginning midnight next Friday.

If this happens what would this mean exactly?

A Government Shutdown occurs when a government discontinues providing services that are not considered “essential.” Typically, services that continue in spite of a shutdown include police, fire fighting, armed forces, utilities, and corrections.

This does not mean that our law enforcement wont be patrolling the streets. It doesn’t mean that the end of the world is coming. What this means is that our government has spent too much of our money and is currently deciding to cut back spending by cutting off programs that isn’t essential to everyday progress, least for a couple of days. This has happen before but unlike last time our economy is badly crippled.

I think it would be important to understand how to take on a situation like for example a complete government shut down. In such a situation be sure to stay off the streets and gather whatever supplies you may have in your home.

Do not worry about law enforcement because if they are still operational then they will have their hands full. Stay away from the attention of the rioters and gangs that may try to run rampid during this time.

If there are weapons nearby gather them and prepare them for encase intruders try to break into your house. Make sure you and your family remain calm and cool-headed and this is very important to remember.

Hopefully and most likely we wont experience this type of scenario but as for a government shutdown this is very possible.

American CIA On Ground Helping Libyan Rebels.

American President Barack Obama announced Wednesday that for weeks now the United States Central Intelligence Agency [CIA] has been helping the Libyan rebels.

Just a day ago Obama stated that there would be no need for “boots on the ground”. Well Obama the boots touched ground a week ago.

While President Obama has insisted that no American military ground troops participate in the Libyan campaign, small groups of C.I.A. operatives have been working in Libya for several weeks as part of a shadow force of Westerners that the Obama administration hopes can help bleed Colonel Qaddafi’s military, the officials said.

 If NATO has taken over responsibility in Libya then why the need for “our” troops? Good o’l CIA, doing their best to “help under the funds of the good o’l tax payer.

EPA To Raise Safe Level Of Radiation Allowed In Food, Water, Air, MORE.

I quote the CNN article as stating,

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Wednesday it is increasing its nationwide monitoring of radiation in milk, precipitation, drinking water, and other outlets in response to the ongoing nuclear crisis in Japan.

Now does this mean that the American EPA will be upping the safety levels of  radiation? Well I believe so. A Tennessean.com  article states,

The EPA is preparing to dramatically increase permissible radioactive releases in drinking water, food and soil after “radiological incidents,” according to Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility.

The Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility [Peer] has filed a lawsuit against the EPA in response.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has not come clean on its plan to dramatically raise permissible radioactive release levels, according to a lawsuit filed today by Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER). The new draft standards have been promulgated in secrecy despite sharp controversy about allowing public exposure to radiation levels vastly higher than those EPA had previously deemed unacceptably dangerous.

The plan to markedly relax radiation standards was signed off on in the final days of the Bush administration, suspended by the new Obama administration prior to its publication. Obama EPA appointees are now weighing its fate. On June 11, 2009, PEER submitted a request under the Freedom of Information Act for all of the comments submitted by EPA and other federal and state agency officials to the EPA Office of Radiation and Indoor Air (ORIA) as it prepared its updated Protective Action Guides, which govern radiation protection decisions following releases from accidents or attacks. PEER had received verbal reports that both internal and external reviewers registered grave concerns about the radical relaxation of radiation exposure limits being proposed.

ORIA has yet to produce a single document requested by PEER, months beyond the response deadlines mandated under the Freedom of Information Act. On October 16, 2009, EPA’s Office of General Counsel directed ORIA to comply but conceded that the only way to enforce its order would be in court. ORIA had not met previous self-announced timelines for delivery of documents or promises to provide records on a rolling basis, as they had been cleared for release. Today, PEER filed a lawsuit in federal district court in Washington, D.C. to compel production.

“EPA has bypassed open dialogue on how much radiation the public will be allowed to receive in the event of a release, and is now suppressing evidence of internal dissent on these controversial proposals,” stated PEER Executive Director Jeff Ruch, noting that congressional leaders, such as Rep. Edward Markey (D-MA), have been expressing concerns about EPA’s intentions. “Who knew that EPA had a Doctor Strangelove wing?”

Let us hope that the EPA and the United States Government isn’t holding any information from the people. This bit of news tells me that thelevels of  radiation from the Japanese nuclear crisis could be more severe than what they are telling us.

We have our government telling us that these strong levels of radiation are no threat to our health yet those who are in charge of our environmental protection find the levels high enough to increase the safety amounts in our food and water..

Hopefully the lawsuit will bring to light the true reason for such as strange decision by the EPA.

On February 25, 2011, General Petraeus announced an investigation into alleged Psy-Op missions on our own senators.

General David Petraeus, the top commander in Afghanistan has ordered an investigation into allegations of a commander ordering Psychological operations on U.S. senators while they were visiting operations in Afghanistan.

The operations are said to have been conducted for more funding and support for military programs. What I found bizzar is how the military can order such operations on our own politicians for support on war-time operations.

This bit of startling information may shine some light on how our military may operate on our own population. A clearer study into these Psy-Op missions may further help shine some light on the true perspective.

Psychological warfare (PSYWAR), or the basic aspects of modern psychological operations (PSYOP), have been known by many other names or terms, including Psy Ops, Political Warfare, “Hearts and Minds,” and propaganda. Various techniques are used, by any set of groups, and aimed to influence a target audience’s value systems, belief systems, emotions, motives, reasoning, or behavior.  It is used to induce confessions or reinforce attitudes and behaviors favorable to the originator’s objectives, and are sometimes combined with black operations or false flag tactics. Target audiences can be governments, audiences, organizations, groups, or individuals.

We must ask ourselves just how far our government may go to gain our support for whatever cause they may seek.

General Electric (GE) The Nations Largest Corporation Had A Great Year In 2010.

No Taxes For Corporation America

It would seem that General Electric which is the United States largest corporation, had a very good year in 2010. Appearently new reports are stating that GE claimed worldwide profits of $14.2 billion, with $5.1 billion from it’s operations in the United States.

General Electric also claims to have not paid a single bill back in taxes. In fact the United States largest corporation held a tax benifit of $3.2 billion; as reported by the New York Times.

While the everyday American woker gets hit with having to buy food for their family, gas to get to work, and bills for their homes, we are hit with taxes while the corporations operate nearly free of charge and for what reason? Well they say foreign competition.

At this point I will be watching CNN, FOX, MSNBC, and other mainstream media outlets to see if this little gem will be reported but I doubt it. One would think that this would be an act of crime against the laws of our establishment but who really thinks that far? If we stop paying our taxes we would be locked up, with well funded corporate tax lobbying we saw a great year in 2010 for General Electric.

Some other interesting facts that we thought to share would be how General Electric holds the spot for the worlds leading supplier in the nuclear reactor industry, and big in Japan. With recent events with the Japanese nuclear crisis are we gonna witness a loss or a increase in revenue for GE.

Personally I see an even outcome. With the nuclear crisis in Japan and the high radiation risk which will spread because of it, newer protocals will arise which in the process will make nuclear energy safer, so we hope.

When it comes down to it I see GE contracts skyrocketing if things go the way they are reporting it. I say this off the idea that nuclear energy is our safest way of producing the amount of needed energy we as a civilization need. So we think.
